Leslie Sultan Esq.
Leslie graduated from CUNY Law School in 2008 with a focus in public interest law and has dedicated her law practice to being customer service and client needs focused.
Leslie has been practicing law since 2009 and is the host of the estate planning podcast 'Legacy Purse'. She has a long history of representing family members struggling to inherit property and/or wealth from deceased family members through the Probate Courts. Knowing how time-consuming and expensive the probate process is, Leslie takes great pride in helping her clients learn how to plan and protect their families during their lives so they can avoid the probate court process and save their loved ones that additional grief (and expense).
Assad Batti Esq.
Assad A. Bhatti graduated from the City University School of Law with a concentration in employment and labor law. In his practice, he handles both New York State and Federal cases to help clients in a variety of legal areas, including employment law, business law, real estate transactions, and all aspects of business planning. Assad’s background, before law school, was in Business Management and he has a master’s degree in human resource management from the State University of New York. His combined business and legal background gives him sophisticated knowledge to legally advise his business clients and help them learn the inner workings of creating, maintaining, and protecting their profitable business ventures.
Christina Sammartino has been practicing law in New York State, for over 7 years. She is a Pace University School of Law graduate who previously studied Business Administration at Hofstra University. After passing the New York and New Jersey Bar Exams, she went on to work for several law firms with primary practice areas in Real Estate, Estate Planning, Estate Administrations, Guardianship proceedings under Article 81 of the Mental Hygiene Law, and Article 17A, Medicaid planning and applications. Christina is also certified as a Guardian, Court Evaluator, and Attorney for the AIP under Part 36 of the Rules of the Chief Judge.
Christina is originally from South Hempstead and now lives in Lindenhurst with her husband, two children and dog.
